Terms of use for PowerPost.pk
By using PowerPost.pk you agree to the following terms. They explain how our content should be read, the limits of what we can be held responsible for, and how advertising and intellectual property are handled on the site.

PowerPost.pk publishes news, analysis, and explanatory content about Pakistan's electrical and energy sector. Everything on this site is informational and journalistic in nature. Nothing on the site is, or should be relied on as:
- Financial advice — we are not authorised investment advisers and our coverage of tariffs, IPPs, or PSX-listed power companies should not be used as the sole basis for buying, selling, or holding securities.
- Legal advice — our coverage of NEPRA petitions, regulations, and policy is journalism, not legal counsel. Consult a licensed practitioner for actionable legal questions.
- Regulatory or compliance advice — tariff rates, load shedding hours, and other numerical figures published here are reproduced from cited sources at the time of publication and may change. For decisions affected by official policy, verify the number against the latest NEPRA, DISCO, or government notice.
PowerPost.pk uses an AI-assisted, editorially-reviewed workflow to publish quickly. We work hard to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every figure, date, or attribution is free of error. Where the underlying source updates or corrects a figure, we update our article and append a dated correction note.
